Wonderful trail for biking. I always feel safe. Great people too...I've had a fall and broke my arm. There were angels on the trail to help me.
I'm sure this is a great cafe when you live nearby, but when you are 20 miles into your bike ride from Ashland, it's a practical oasis!! And when you're 60 miles in on your return from downtown York, it'll save your life! LOL

Loved it with the first owners, loved it with the second, and I'm delighted to say that the newest owners are doing just as well! I would highly recommend the air monkey, but alwaus check out the specials board for consistently yummy soups and plates. Stop by for lunch and take home a bag of coffee, jar of nut butter, or epic pickles to snack on at home. Great place for brunch and very good prices. I usually eat half my sandwich there and take the other half home for later. Their french press coffee is wonderful and their chai lattes are some of the best. Very healty and kid friendly options makes this a great place to stop on a family bike ride, and they have a selection of granola bars and sports drinks to keep you going. And don't skip out on the delicious pastries.
